Three scantily-clad female figures struggle to hold up the crumbling remains of an ancient Greek temple. Belgium animator Nicole Van Goethem received an Oscar for her first short cartoon ‘Een Griekse tragedie’ ‘A Greek tragedy’ in 1987 for Best Short Film, Animated. In 1985 she received the first prize on the Annecy International Animation Festival (France).
